Jiffy Lube at 621 South Main Street, Englewood, Ohio.

I went there on the same day I paid $20 to have my car professionally cleaned. Without asking, the staff "cleaned my windows." When I drove away, I realized that every window was now streaked/spotted. I called to complain because they should have seen that the windows were not dirty AT ALL/asked before attempting to clean. It was like throwing $20 cleaning down the drain. The response was, "that's part of our regular service." Really? To leave the car looking worse than when it was brought in? #fail
